Origen Ritual Coffee was born from the belief that coffee is more than a beverage. It is memory, land, culture, aroma, and the first ceremony of the day.

We grew up in homes where the first sound of the morning was a kettle, and the first conversation happened around a small cup. Coffee was the centerpiece of sobremesa — the lingering hour after a meal, the time when stories were told.

Origen Ritual Coffee is a store based in El Paso, Texas. We select and offer in the United States a current collection of Colombian coffees identified by origin: Palermo — Huila, Támara — Casanare and San Pedro — Sierra Nevada. Production and roasting are handled by the manufacturer identified on each product page; Origen Ritual Coffee curates the collection and makes it available to customers in the United States.

Each product page publishes the region, altitude, varieties and declared tasting notes available for that coffee. This is café de origen: coffee that remembers where it comes from.
